    JOB DESCRIPTION
     
    Leading a DYNAMIC SALES TEAM of 4-6, a SALES MANAGER is responsible of coordinating Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives. You are obliged to motivate and monitor team activities to achieve specific goals in SALES according to KPIM.
     
    You will report directly and have exclusive access to Marketing & Sales Director.
     
    1. Develop STRATEGIC and TACTICAL SALES PLAN.
     
    2. Lead, organize, coordinate, synchronize, monitor and evaluate SALES ACTIVITIES in accordance to the implementation of Key Performance Indicator and Measurement.
     
    3. Guide, direct, motivate, coach team member and deliver TEAM BUILDING sessions to SALES TEAM.
     
    4. Develop, implement, monitor, evaluate and improve Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for SALES TEAM.
     
    5. Responsible of handling KEY ACCOUNT CUSTOMER through Direct Call & Customer Visit on regular basis:
    • Build and strengthen professional relationships with individual personalization to customers: owners and decision makers
    • Execute daily sales activities, follow up inquiries from customers
    • Routine sales call and review; explore new application and project-based opportunities.
    • Collect relevant information related to digital graphic printing industry, updates and trends, competitor activities etc, and compile to an integrated CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and DATABASES.
    • Problem solving, handling complain & claim.
    • Introduce and endorse NEW PRODUCTS
    • Offer and socialize PROMOTION and SALES PROGRAMS
    6. Design, implement, monitor and evaluate SALES AREA DEVELOPMENT activities:
    • Systematic and regular market mapping for new leads and prospect customers.
    • Explore and open new area for sales.
    • Develop portfolio for existing products and potential new products in specific sales area.
    • Build holistic, detailed and functional customer database to support decision making process in marketing and sales.
     
    REQUIREMENT:
    • Age maximum 30
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree with 2 years minimum experience as Marketing & Sales Manager.
    • Master business, marketing & sales strategies, excellent tactician, high achiever and possess practical experience.
    • POSITIVE MINDSET, able to align and implement company’s Vision & Mission in the team.
    • Excellent PEOPLE SKILL, excellent crisis/conflict management. Possess broad insight and helicopter point of view about things.
    • Excellent LEADERSHIPS, able to an energetic and dynamic TEAM.
    • Able to work in a team to achieve goals. Result and process oriented.
