    We are a young and fast-growing Fintech startup that offers simple and efficient mobile invoicing and accounting app with digital payment for small and medium business owners.
     
    Paper.id is a SaaS (Software as a Service) for Small and Medium Business Owners (SME's or UMKM) to record their sales, send invoice, receive payment and keep track of their Accounting (General Ledger). In addition, we also tailor our solution for mid-size companies in the form of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) that is modular and scalable.

    Job Requirement:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing or related field
    • 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Telesales or Account Management, with B2B kind of experience is required
    • Experience in using CRM or ERP is a must
    • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with a strong eye for detail with Positive attitude in inspiring the team will be leading
    • Extraordinary social and customer-centric person, excited to engage with people at scale
    • Experience in managing people is a plus
    • Strong analytical thinker is a plus
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa
    • Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara
    Job Description:
    • In charge of the daily end-to-end operations of the customer success team
    • Responsible and focused on customer activation as well as be in-charge of customer happiness and retention
    • Implement Customer Service best practice, develop SOPs and continously improve processes
    • Recruit, train and coach a rapidly growing team of Customer Success Team
    • Track, monitor and report on Customer Success metrics and KPIs and report to senior management
    • Work closely with the senior management developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and market share
    • Liaise with internal, as well as external stakeholders to ensure fast resolution of customer challenges and feedback
    • Think out of the box and push the boundaries of the service level quality we provide to our customer
