    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Administration Skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Time Management Skills, MS Office, Secretarial, Organization Skills, Logical thinking
    • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
    Job Description:
    • Organize conferences, meetings and travel bookings for office personnel.
    • Writing, typing, and distributing meeting notes, regular correspondence, and making reports.
    • Find and attach files that are appropriate for the correspondence that needs a reply.
    • Receive email newsletters, promotional material, and other information.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, customers or supervisors.
    • Conduct a search to find the information needed, using sources such as the Internet.
    • Coordinate conferences and meetings.
    • Establish work procedures and schedules, and track the daily work of administrative staff.
    • Learn to operate new technologies in new offices to be developed and implemented.
    • Manage the project, and contribute to the committee and work team.
    • Operate an electronic mail system and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
    • Prepare and check email.
    • Providing services to customers, such as placing orders and account information.
    • Reviewing or reviewing staff work to check spelling and grammar, ensuring that the format policies set by the company are followed, and recommending revisions.
    • Oversee other administrative staff, and provide training and orientation for new staff.
    • Implement new procedures and administrative systems
