The combination of infrastructure owned by AKR in Indonesia and BP's experience of high quality BBM all over the world are expected to provide added value for the fulfilment of fuel needs in Indonesia

     
    Job Profile
     
    •  Responsible for providing administrative support to President Director & Vice President Director
    •  Provide comprehensive support and exceptional team coverage to President Director & Vice President Director
    • Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, contracts, memoranda and other complex documents
    • Act as recording secretary for committees/meetings as assigned by the President Director & Vice President Director
    • Gather, assemble, update and maintain contact information, forms, records, and data.
    • Communicate and coordinated regularly with team member to complete assignments and maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
    • Requisition supplies and materials (Material Office , Stationary etc) as needed.
    • Ensure proper arrangements are made for meetings including proper equipment, presentation material, agenda circulation, infrastructure, reservations, reconfirmations, reminders and travel.
    • Create and update high volume of time-sensitive material: document drafting (proposals, specification determination, miscellaneous reports)
    • Plan and manage a wide range of administrative duties such as coordinated domestic and international travel arrangements for client meetings and company conferences, Outlook scheduling, business correspondence and planning meetings.
    • Maintain calendars, including tracking and follow-up of internal meetings
    • Printing and binding of presentations and documents for meetings, some of which are highly confidential\
     
    Requirements :
    • Experience and Education, Associates Degree or advanced certification preferred, extensive experience may substitute for degree.
    • 3 year’s experience as an Administrative Assistant or related position.
    •  Ability to work with people experiencing homelessness in a respectful manner.
    • Knowledge of standard office principles and procedures
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Self-starter, highly organized and able to handle rapidly changing priorities.
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to complete tasks
    • Good English skill
