    SoftwareSeni is a digital company that specializes in creating unique and impactful experiences for both new and existing products. We are a tight knit team of digital designers and developers, working together in Yogyakarta. We started out small, but there are now more than 50 of us working together to support our customers.

    SoftwareSeni is a Software Development Company based in Yogyakarta & Australia. We love solving tough problems – from user experience to design and code. We build enterprise web-based solution for clients all over the world, from Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Africa and America.
     
    We are a growing business and need an experienced Associate Project Manager to accelerate that growth.
     
    We are looking for both planner and doer – someone who enjoys taking time to understand the scope of the problem before proposing solutions; and someone who relishes the tasks of implementation once the plans have been set.
     
    In addition to help us grow our development practices at SoftwareSeni, this role also has the opportunity to work with some of our clients to design and develop their application.

    Skills & Requirements :
     
    • Aspired in the field of IT project management
    • Critical thinking and Hardworking is a plus
    • The role demands intensive English writing and speaking.
    • Good communication and team player
    • Ability to coordinate a small team of developer
     
    Key Responsibilities :
    • Handle support request coming from Flexy People
    • Will be project assistant to more senior PM in the team. 
    • Work closely with SDM to support the project administration work of SoftwareSeni Australia
     
    Compensation and Benefit :
     
    • Relocation Allowance. We provide relocation allowance if you are not from Yogyakarta. The allowance would cover your moving expenses both for you and your family.
    • Twice Profit Sharing Every Year. Along with the review, we would also give a profit sharing every 6 months. The amount of the profit sharing would be related with how well the company fare within the related semester. The better you perform, the bigger profit share that you get.
    • Health Insurance & Retirement Plan. We commit to pay 80% of your BPJS Kesehatan premi and 75% of your BPJS Ketenagakerjaan premi.
