- to process, monitor and control any form of external commitment to vendor to ensure the order is delivered in right quality, quantity, place, time and price
- to coordinate with logistics, warehouse, inventory, legal and account payable function in day to day operation "
- to get some vendors that meet the pre qualifications criteria
- to make sure the process is conducted in timely manner in accordance with company policy and procedure
- to help Procurement Coordinator to make buying decision
- to get the best value, fair and preferable T&C for the company
- to assist Procurement Coordinator to make recommendation to Senior Management
- to ensure the contract meet all technical, commercial and legal requirements
- to ensure the commitment in form of Purchase Order or Notice Of Award is issued and accepted by vendor in timely manner
- to ensure the delivery of good and service at the right time
- to assist Procurement Coordinator in preparing evaluation report to Senior Management
- to ensure the data is retrieveable when required
- in order to minimize future price increment and time consume for administration
- to ensure delivery in right place and time
- to ensure the issue do not interfere the operation
- Bachelor's Degree from Industrial Engineering major
- Minimum 1-3 years minimal experience as Procurement Officer/Procurement Admin in Engineering & Construction or Logistics ( Port&Warehouse) industry
- Skill needed: English and Computer
