    Role and Responsibilities
    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    • 处理特殊客户问题, 关注并跟进并提供有效的解决方案。
    • Understand generic online products concepts, terms and our product offerings’ functions and features.
    • 了解网站产品,推销,规则,功能与等等细节 
    • Guide and recommend to customers the functions and features of our products and services
    • 给客户介绍与推荐公司产品和服务
    • Process deposits, withdrawals and transfers from customers
    • 进行客户存款和付款与转账
    • Update and maintain accurate customer profiles and transactions
    • 更新与收存客户信息与交易
    • Stay up to date on protocols and product features
    • 了解与跟进协议和产品功能


    Performance Measures
    • Accurately and effectively resolving customer complaints and issues 有效的处理客户问题与投诉
    • Accurately performing finance transactions 准确的处理每笔交易
    • Ability to perform duties with speed and accuracy 抓紧所需的时间
     
    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • Any nationality is welcomed but Indo nationality with fluent language competency needed is preferred (for meal provision is Indo food).
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Language is a must。 能够阅读中英文
    • High school diploma or equivalent
