Meesho has so far enabled 15,000 suppliers and 2,000,000 resellers to start and grow their online business without any investment, providing tools around sourcing, logistics and payments. These social sellers are small retailers, housewives, students, retired citizens and many other aspiring entrepreneurs across India and now we are opening our branch to Indonesia!
● Communicating with customers through various channels like emails, phone call,

● Interact with operations team and courier partner for customer related queries.
● Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at
● Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
● Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
● Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
● Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
● Escalating the customer complaint to the right department as and when required.
● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
● Person should be willing to work in high pace startup environment and should be proactive to
take responsibility and enjoy the responsibility given.
● Graduate Any Field
● Basic Computer knowledge
● Should be able to communicate in both Bahasa and basic English
● Experience working with customer support Email, Phone process
