    The main job is to collect and check all Open Carton Audit (OCA )Report and First Piece Audit (FPA) Report from each QA team. Both OCA and FPA  conducted for each SKU number in every PO number based on WSI Standard OCA and FPA reporting format.
    The job holder must check every report based on Weekly Shipment Report.
    All reports must be organized and it is the job holder's responsibility to get this updated on a weekly basis in recap form.
    The goal is to ensure proper Quality Assurance reporting control system for the QA team;  and to share any manufacturing production problems found. He/she must also ensure he has adequate communication within each factory.
    1. Ensure Daily furniture in-line recap report, First Piece Assembly Report, Open Carton Audit Report in accordance with WSI procedures.
    2. Provide accurate and timely Quality Assurance recap reports to your immediate supervisor.
    3. Keep the QA Leader and Manager well informed of any potential issues found on the report that will affect quality or delivery.
    4. Have the right tools to perform the job.
    • Communicate with the Leader of the factory QA team and provide positive input.
    • Cross-check production reporting and schedules with the WSI QA team on a daily basis in order to ensure adequate WSI QA reporting.
    • Follow up on any quality corrective or preventive action plans proposed by WSI or the factory/vendor.
    • Know how to modify report administration on the server properly.
    • Ensure the reports are properly made and as standard.
    • Evaluate any direct reports on a monthly and weekly basis.
    • Summarize return trends into graphic form
    • Support Indonesia QA administration requirements & reporting, including Jakarta & Central Java
    • Comprise & administer files relating to key compliance issues e.g. CARB certification
    • Compile & report data relating to vendor chargebacks
    Basic Skills required:
    • Minimum of 1  year of working as a data administration staff.
    • Able to build general reports in excel and words format as WSI standardized report.
    • Understand furniture quality control processes and systems.
    • Good communication & report writing skills in English and Indonesian
    General Skills Required
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical abilities in providing data for problem-solving
    • Good eyesight.
    • A good capability in communication skills is essential.  
    • Able to develop and train Quality team Reporting format
    • Good Initiative, able to work with a lot of numbers of reports to be checked and bring the failure of the report in front of the Auditor.
    • Team Player, excellent initiative and responsible person.
