    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
    • Create and Manage database of the accounts
    • Design and execute the account plan to build deeper relationships and grow sales for each key customer
    • Work with relevant stakeholders across departments to develop action plans or customer programs whenever required.
    • Achieving Sales Target in accordance with the target set by Management
    • Establish and maintain sustainable relationship with existing and potential customers
    • Responsible for performing full sales function, promoting and acquiring new sales and growing sales from existing customers
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell our products and services in the form of total sourcing solutions
    • Managing customer accounts, including forecast, plan and execute sales initiatives, building stronger business relationships with Key accounts to grow the company's overall business
    • Analyse the customer’s needs through data driven methods and structured planning sessions, and then propose the most effective solutions
    Job Requirements:
    1. Candidate must possess at least tertiary Education in any field
    2. High proficiency of English will be an advantage
    3. Great Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with pleasant personality and positive attitude
    4. Good knowledge of products tour travel
    5. Result Oriented and able to deliver sales target without compromising our core values
    6. Able to work with team, under target and have big DREAM to achieve
    7. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers at all levels
    8. Ability to develop good quality proposals and present to a large audience
    9. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data
    10. Check in detail every document to be distributed
