    This position is accountable for the management of Sub-category (Fuel/Treat) Mondelez brands in Indonesia. She/he is accountable for the achievement of the assigned product sales volume, share, sales-revenue, and financial profitability target as stated in Annual Contract. This position is in charge for the development, implementation and evaluation of brands marketing strategies and action plans to ensure a win Fuels brand in Market segment. This position is also in charge of planning and executing accountable A&C spending for her/his respective brands.
    Position Accountability Summary
    • Prepare the annual contract and strategic plan objectives for volume, share, revenue and financial objective of the assigned brands using the available market data, consumer research, competitive reports to optimise use of resources.  
    • Lead in the preparation and development of the marketing plan by translating learning on market and consumer insights into actionable and relevant marketing programs strategies in support of the brands volume, share and financial objectives
    • Active participation in IBP and prepare monthly national sales forecast in cooperation with CPA for Biscuit by RE as the basis for raw and packaging material and production planning
    • Deliver business and financial objectives for the assigned brand/s via superior development and effective execution marketing programs  
    • Reviews and endorses media plans for the assigned brands, submitted by the Media Buying Agency, to achieve the awareness and purchase intent objectives of the brands to increase mental availability 
    • Develop marketing strategies into effective trade and consumer promotion programs and correct field execution achieve pre-set goals to increase physical availability
    • Closely monitor the competitive development within the subcategory and recommend actions to maintain competitiveness  Timely and effective response to competitive action 
    • Manage the advertising and promotion program within the approved budget Optimal and on-time budget allocation that achieve ROI
    • Regularly prepare business reviews by tracking performance vs. goals and applying learning and consumer insight, competition, trade, product and other important information
    • Own and managed cross functional project for market based New Product Development in cooperation with PCM and other stakeholder to bring new news into the brands 4:2:1 while working to simplify complexity at sourcing plant. On time ATO with commercial results meeting LR 
    Education, Knowledge, Experience
    • University graduate, a Master’s degree in Business Administration would be a plus
    • Good analytical skill.
    • Proficient in written and spoken English
