    At SmarTele we provide customized Telemarketing Call Centre in Malaysia, Customer Service services according to company’s needs.     • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
    • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
    • Excellent knowledge of English, Mandarin and Melayu
    • Must be able to speak, write and read in Vietnamese 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
    • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
    Job Description: 
    • To achieve daily calls and monthly sales target
    • Resolving customer's problem 
    • Develop and build good relationship with existing customers for retention and referral purpose
    • To follow up customer with social apps such as WeChat, Whatsapp etc
    • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
    • Answer questions about products or the company
    • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
    • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
    • Enter and update customer information in the database
    • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
    • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
    • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful information
    • Basic salary is net (tax paid by the company)
    • Housing allowance is net (tax paid by the company)
    • Accommodation provided (no housing allowance if the candidate choose to stay in company hostel)
