    PT. Hadikreasi Mesindo adalah produsen /exportir-importir Mesin membutuhkan karyawan/ti yang berkwalitas untuk ditempatkan di Jabodetabek                                                         

    • Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
    • Other majors with Relevant Sales Engineering Background and Experience welcomed to apply and tryout
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
    • Knowing any additional International Language (eg. Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, Tagalog, Thai, etc) will be a Plus to communicate with Customers from Diverse Backgrounds
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in selling of Industrial Machinery / Projects
    • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Computer Literate, Sales, Negotiations, Customer Service, Face-to-face Sales Marketing
    • Preferably owns a SIM A / C Driver's License
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
    • Job Type: Full-Time/Contract (Depends on Skills and Experience)
    • Ambitious, Result-Oriented Fresh Graduate(s) with Relevant Skills and High Self-Motivation welcomed to apply and tryout
    • Report to Sales Manager(s)/Director(s)
    • Mature and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
    • Good mix of Business and Technical Acumen
    • Preferably a genuine sales hunter and excellent Key Account Executive
    • Able to develop relationships with Potential Customers/Investors
    • Secures projects and develops businesses, covering entire customer value chain
    • Good Personality and Strong Presentation Skills
    • Able to reach Sales Target
    • Responds and reacts to Owner and Customer's Request of Information/Document/Quotation
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
    • Works with Production and Intercompany Teams in pricing analysis for effective price and product mix revenue sales
    • Able to communicate and coordinate well with diverse team
    • Performs Forecasting and Budgeting work
    • Reviews Work Process and Documents for Workflow
    • Reviews Value Chain process and makes appropriate recommendations as needed
    • Travelling to Customer Site for Presentation/Surveying/Promoting purposes required
    • Manage sales activities and business growth in assigned areas of responsibility by working closely with customers and both demand creation and fulfillment
    • Other ad-hoc projects/duties as required
