    Project Management
    1. Oversight the project initiation and ensure project established and managed accordingly based on standard project management
    2. Ensure timely & precision in project execution of strategic projects - and tactical initiatives undertaken within organisation to meet agreed objective
    3. Communicate action items / decision taken by leadership team (department and group head) to wider audience across level
    4. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
    5. Performs risk analysis and conduct mitigation plans when appropriate. Escalates any major risks and conflicts to the steering committee.
    6. Provide regular project update to PAO Management
    Presentation Development
    1. Produce well-designed corporate and business presentations as per PAO Management request while ensuring the quality, clarity, and consistency of the contents
    2. Manage & ensure presentation and video materials for Agency Events are well distributed and delivered by coordinating with related stakeholders
    3. Manage the safe-keeping of PAO strategic presentations and reports as well as Agency’s Playbook.
    Job Specification:
    1. Qualification : University / Bachelor Degree (S1)
    2. Experience : 5 years
    3. Knowledge : Project Management, Presentation Development, Strategic Planning
    Autonomy
    • Review of Agency Business Trend related to Project Background
    • Collect historical data related to Agency performance for further use in project management
    • Developing PAO Management Presentations Framework
    Problem Complexity
    • Challenge to obtain project approval by Steering Committee; resolved by providing clarity for project objectives & benefit
    • Risk of missing project’s timeline due to technical issue/uncooperative related PIC from other department; resolved by conducting regular meeting with related PICs
    • PM scope is expanding out of project scope; resolved by providing clear project and job scope to all stakeholders & perform regular meeting
