    • Responsible for the employee recruitment process, starting from creating requirement, screening candidates, interview, making offering letter and agreement.
    • Reviews company structure, job design and personnel forecasting throughout the company, makes recommendations for management.
    • Works with management to proactively identify HR issues and creative solutions to support the business needs
    • Maintaining department records and reports.
    • Implement an effective HR Management System, by creating SOP, Job Description, KPI, Training and Development System.
    • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
    • Generating reports and data to quantify performance and skills.
    • Compile reports ( day, week, year ) and provide  management.
    Requirements :
    • A maximum 35 years.
    • Min. S1 in Psychology / Management from reputable university.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Have strong initiative and able to perform multitasking skills.
    • Willing to work under timetable target, discipline, responsible and fast learner.
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
    • Ability to work in teams or individually.
    • Able to join immediately on-site (Cambodia).
