- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): operating computer, employment law, communication in English
- Have experience to handle union
- Experience to design company policies to help the employment relationship
- Experience to handle conflicts
- Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Responsible to control Industrial Relationship
- Responsible to develope a good system of Industrial Relationship
- To maintain good relationship with government institution, in relation process for staff license and building permit.
- To ensure industrial relation issues (grievance, counseling, warning, etc) are follow up and manage properly.
- Handle new permit and renewal permit from Government;
- Handle labor dispute settlement with employees or Labor Union in Bipartite Forum, Tripartite Forum, and Industrial Relation Court;
- Maintain good relationship and communication with Labor Union, Government Officials, and other related Party.
